Grilled Sourdough Panzanella

Ingredients

• 1 clove(s) garlic, coarsely chopped
• 1 small English cucumber, cut into ½ cubes (1 ½ cups)
• 3 tablespoon(s) fresh basil, chopped
• 2 tablespoon(s) capers, drained, rinsed
• 4 slice(s) ½ inch thick sourdough bread
• ½ cup(s) extra virgin olive oil
• kosher salt and black pepper
