Ingredients

  • 1 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 6 cups arugula
  • 9 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pound slender green beans
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 4 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 1 ¼ cups pitted Kalamata olives or other brine-cured black olives
