Grilled Steak Wraps With Avocado Picadillo

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup reduced-fat shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 6 tablespoons fat-free sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • ½ pound flank steak
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 medium poblano peppers, halved and seeded
