Grilled Strawberries with Lemon Sorbet and Cranberry Syrup

Ingredients

• 1 ½ cups fresh lemon juice
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 ¼ cups sugar
• 2 cups water
• 48 medium strawberries
• ½ cup fresh lemon juice (at room temperature)
• 5 cups cranberry juice cocktail (at room temperature)
• + 2 more ingredients

Combine 2 cups sugar and water in a large heavy saucepan. Bring to a boil; cook 1 minute or until sugar dissolves. Add 1 1/2 cups lemon juice; stir well.
