Ingredients

  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 8- to 9-ounce red bell pepper
  • 3 5 x 3 x 1/2-inch slices country-style bread
  • ¾ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ¾ cup water
  • 2 teaspoons fresh marjoram
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • + 7 more ingredients
    • 3 tablespoons Sherry wine vinegar
    • 8 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
    • 3 green onions
    • 1 10- to 11-ounce cucumber
    • 3 ¼ firm but ripe medium tomatoes
    • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
    • 1 8- to 10-ounce red onion
