Ingredients
- 8 ounce(s) Swiss cheese - sliced
- 1 loaf Ciabatta bread - cut in half horizontally
- 1 teaspoon(s) lemon pepper
- 1 tablespoon(s) onion - chopped
- 1 tablespoon(s) fresh parsley - chopped
- ½ cup(s) cucumber - unpeeled, seeded, chopped
- ¼ cup(s) mayonnaise - fat free
