Ingredients

  • 2 cups assorted cherry tomatoes
  • 4 tablespoons (about) olive oil
  • 1 eggplant
  • 2 zucchini
  • 4 5-ounce albacore tuna steaks (from the U.S. or Canada; about 1 inch thick)
  • nonstick vegetable-oil spray
  • Easy Aioli
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 2 teaspoons herbes de Provence*
    • 1 clove garlic
