Grilled Tuna with Tomato Salsa

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 2 tomatoes, seeded and diced
  • 2 tablespoons capers, roughly chopped
  • ¾ cup Basic Vinaigrette
  • 1 cup roughly chopped arugula
  • 4 fresh tuna steaks, about 1/2 pound each
  • Zest of 1 lemon, grated
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 1 clove garlic, minced

Whisk together the vinaigrette, lemon zest, garlic, and oregano in a medium bowl. Arrange the tuna steaks in a shallow baking dish and pour 1/2 cup of the mixture over them.
