Ingredients

  • 4 large garlic cloves
  • 2 medium zucchini
  • 1 large white onion
  • 3 tablespoon(s) fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon(s) red wine vinegar
  • 0.25 cup(s) chopped cilantro
  • 1 English cucumber
