Ingredients

  • Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 2 large red bell peppers
  • 0.5 cup(s) fresh orange juice
  • 1.5 teaspoon(s) ground cumin
  • 2 ear(s) of corn
  • 2 tablespoon(s) vegetable oil
  • 2 cup(s) tomato juice
