Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • ¼ cup whole milk
  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 medium yellow, orange, or red bell pepper, medium dice
  • ½ medium yellow onion, medium dice
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • ½ cup buckwheat groats
    • 1 cup water
