  • ½ cup mayonnaise

    • 4 grouper fillets, cut into 2-inch strips (about 1 ½ pounds)
    • 1 ¼ cups buttermilk
    • 1/3 teaspoon ground mustard
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 1 ½ teaspoons dried dill
    • 1/3 cup cornstarch
    • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
    • Vegetable oil, for frying
