- 1 ¼ cups buttermilk
- 1/3 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 ½ teaspoons dried dill
- 1/3 cup cornstarch
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- Vegetable oil, for frying
