Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 navel oranges
  • 1 pound angel hair pasta
  • 4 6-ounce pieces halibut, skin removed
  • 1 1-inch piece ginger, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Kosher salt and pepper
