  • 1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 large clove garlic, finely chopped, reserve 2 pieces
  • 1 loaf rectangular bread, unsliced (about 1-1/4 lbs.)
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 5 almond slices and 1 sliced ripe olive for garnish
  • 1 large red bell pepper
  • 1 cup PLUS 1 Tbsp. Hellmann's or Best Foods Real Mayonnaise
