Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups chopped onion
  • ¾ cup diced ham (about 4 ounces)
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 2 ½ teaspoons dark sesame oil
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 cup thinly horizontally sliced green beans
  • ¼ cup (1-inch) slices green onions
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
    • 4 cups cold cooked long-grain rice
    • 1 ½ tablespoons canola oil
    • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
