Ham Steak Pasta Salad


  • 1 Cook's® Bone-in Ham Steak (about 1 pound)
  • 2 cup(s) cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup(s) broccoli florets
  • 1 small zucchini, thinly sliced (about 1 cup)
  • ½ cup(s) sliced pitted ripe olives
  • ½ cup(s) Italian dressing
  • 2 tablespoon(s) grated Parmesan cheese

    • 8 ounce(s) dry mostaccioli, uncooked

Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, cook ham according to package directions. Drain pasta; place in large bowl. Coarsely chop ham. Add to pasta along with the tomatoes, broccoli, zucchini, olives and dressing; toss lightly. Cover. Refrigerate at least 1 hour, or until chill...
