  • ½ cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 ham steak (about 1 1/4 lb.), cut into 4 portions
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 cups cubed fresh (or canned) pineapple
