  • 1 large (1/2-inch-thick) precooked ham steak (1 1/4 lb.)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
  • 8 whole cloves

In a small bowl, combine mustard, honey and brown sugar. If there's a bone in ham, remove it.
