Ham with Redeye Gravy
- 1 cup(s) brewed coffee
- 1 cup(s) water
- ¼ cup(s) heavy cream or milk
- ¼ cup(s) unsalted clarified butter
- 2 ham steaks, approximately 1 pound each, ¼-½ inch thick
