Ham Wrapped Breadsticks with Tapenade
Ingredients
- BREADSTICKS:
- 1/3 cup(s) olive oil
- 2/3 cup(s) grated parmesan or romano cheese
- 1 cup(s) walnuts - lightly tasted
- 12 ounce(s) roasted red pepper - drained
- TAPENADE:
- 18 thin slices of deli ham or prosciutto
- + 2 more ingredients

- 1 cup(s) dried craisins
TAPENADE: Put craisins in a small bowl, soak in hot water for 5 minutes to soften. Drain. Place peppers, craisins and pecans in a food processor. Process until smooth, approximately 2 minutes. Add cheese and oil, process until smooth. Transfer to a small bowl, add salt and pepper to taste...
