  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 6 7-ounce hanger steaks
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • ½ cup dry red wine
  • 2 tablespoons Italian parsley
  • salt
