Hanger Steak with Spicy Miso Glaze

Ingredients
- ¼ cup thinly sliced scallions
- ¼ tsp. Asian hot sauce, such as Sriracha
- 1 Tbs. plus 2 tsp. grapeseed oil
- 2 Tbs. minced shallots
- 2 Tbs. minced fresh ginger
- 1 1-¾- to 2-lb. hanger steak, trimmed
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- + 3 more ingredients

- ½ cup mirin
- 2 tsp. light miso
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
