  • 2 Tbs. minced fresh ginger
  • 2 tsp. light miso
  • ½ cup mirin
  • 2 Tbs. minced shallots
  • 1 Tbs. plus 2 tsp. grapeseed oil
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • ¼ tsp. Asian hot sauce, such as Sriracha
    • ¼ cup thinly sliced scallions
    • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
