  • 1 package quick-rise yeast (about 2 1/4 teaspoons)
  • 1 cup sliced ripe banana

    • ¼ cup cream of coconut
    • 2 tablespoons pineapple-orange-banana juice concentrate, undiluted
    • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
    • Cooking spray
