Hazelnut and Lemon Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 cup hazelnuts
• ½ cup whole milk
• 3 lemons
• ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
• 1 ¼ cups vanilla sugar
• ¾ teaspoon fine sea salt
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
