Ingredients

  • 1 quart half-and-half
  • 1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 large egg yolks
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup hazelnuts
  • 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract

    • 1 ¼ pounds bittersweet or semisweet chocolate
