Hazelnut Nutella Sandwich Cookies

Ingredients

• ¾ teaspoon baking powder
• 1 cup chopped hazelnuts
• 3 large eggs, at room temperature
• 2 ounces unsweetened chocolate, chopped
• ¼ cup unsalted butter, cut into chunks
• 1 ¼ cups Nutella
• 10 ounce bittersweet chocolate, chopped
