  • ½ cup finely ground husked hazelnuts
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup coarsely chopped husked hazelnuts
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • ½ cup unsalted butter
    • 4 ounces high-quality milk chocolate (such as Lindt or Perugina)
