Ingredients

  • 2 cup(s) finely grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon(s) Thyme
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Salt
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cup(s) half & half

    • ½ cup(s) finely chopped green onion.
    • ¼ cup(s) margarine
    • ¼ teaspoon(s) salt
    • ½ cup(s) flour
    • ¾ cup(s) wheat germ

Combine wheat germ, flour, and salt. Cut in margarine. Add egg. Blend well. Press mixture on bottom and sides of lightly buttered pie pan. Bake at 425° for 10 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350°.
