Healthy Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 ¼ cup(s) whole wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon(s) baking soda
  • 1 Ripe Banana, mashed
  • 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla
  • 1 package(s) semisweet chocolate chips (12 ounce pkg)
  • ¾ cup(s) brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Salt
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 1 cup(s) butter or margarine, softened
    • ¾ cup(s) white sugar

Preheat oven to 350°. Combine flour, soda, and salt in bowl. Beat together butter and sugars until smooth. Add banana and vanilla. Add flour mixture, beating until smooth. Stir in chocolate chips. Bake about 10 minutes.
