Healthy chocolate power balls recipe
- 2 ½ cups Medjool dates, pitted
- 1 cup raw almonds
- 2 cups walnuts
- ¾ cup cocoa powder
- ¼ cup honey
Place walnuts in food processor and blend until the nuts are finely ground. Add the dates, cocoa powder, almonds and honey and keep pulsing until you have a fine but sticky crumb mixture. Roll this into little balls about the size of a golf ball and keep in the fridge for up to two weeks. ...
