Hearts of Palm Salad with Beets and Blue Cheese

Ingredients

  • ½ large red bell pepper
  • 8 canned pickled beets
  • 4 cups mixed baby lettuces
  • 2 green onions
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • ¾ cup crumbled blue cheese
  • ½ cup bottled balsamic dressing
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • ½ 14- to 15-ounce can hearts of palm

Combine all ingredients except dressing in large bowl; toss to blend. Add 1/2 cup dressing (or more); toss again to coat.
