Heirloom Tomato Salad With Fresh Lady Peas
Ingredients
- 1 jalapeño pepper, cored, seeded, and minced
- Sea salt, to taste
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 shallot, minced
- Juice of 1 lemon (about 3 tablespoons)
- ¼ cup cider vinegar
