Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup(s) small mint leaves
  • Chive or sage blossoms
  • 2 Belgian endives
  • 0.25 cup(s) tarragon leaves
  • 1 cup(s) packed 1-inch chive pieces
  • 1 cup(s) packed small basil leaves
  • 2 cup(s) packed flat-leaf parsley
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • Salt and freshly ground pepper
    • 1 teaspoon(s) finely grated lime zest
    • 0.25 cup(s) plus 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
    • 1 tablespoon(s) fresh lime juice

In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise with the lime juice and zest; season with salt and pepper. In a large bowl, mix the herbs with the endives. Add the dressing, toss and garnish with the chive blossoms; serve.
