Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon sugar
  • ¾ cup fat-free milk
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • Cooking spray
  • ¼ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon dried basil
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • ½ cup whole wheat flour
    • 1 cup chopped onion
    • ½ teaspoon salt
    • ¼ cup chilled butter, cut into small pieces

Preheat oven to 425°. Heat a small skillet coated with cooking spray over medium heat. Add onion; cook 6 minutes or until tender, stirring frequently. Spoon onion into a blender.
