  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh sage
  • 1 ¼ cups whole milk
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted and divided
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
  • 1 ½ teaspoons salt

1. Preheat oven to 450°. Whisk eggs in large mixing bowl until frothy. Add milk, flour, salt, and 2 tablespoons butter; whisk until well blended.
