Herbed Cheese Buttermilk Biscuits
- 1 large egg
- ¾ cup grated cheese, such as Cheddar, Asiago, or Parmesan, or a mix
- 1-¼ cups buttermilk; more if needed
- 1 recipe Multi-Purpose Baking Mix
- 2 tsp. chopped fresh thyme
