  • 1 ½ tablespoons fresh rosemary leaves
  • 16 12-inch wooden skewers
  • 1 2-lb piece trimmed boneless leg of lamb
  • ¼ cup fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 ½ teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
  • 24 large cherry tomatoes (3/4 lb total)
  • 1 ½ teaspoons salt

    • 3 medium zucchini (1 1/2 lb total)
    • 6 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
    • 18 tablespoons olive oil
