Ingredients

  • ½ cup plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 pounds Yukon gold potatoes
  • ¼ cup reduced-fat sour cream
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • ½ teaspoon salt
    • 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
    • ½ cup finely chopped red onion
    • 1 tablespoon canola oil

Place potatoes in a saucepan, and cover with water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 15 minutes or until tender. Drain. Cool slightly and peel.
