Herbed Sugar Cookies


  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary
  • 2 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh thyme
  • 1 ¼ cups sugar
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Beat butter at medium speed with an electric mixer until creamy. Gradually add sugar, beating well. Add egg; beat well.
