Ingredients

  • ½ cup plain yogurt
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
  • ¼ cup chopped onion or scallions
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Sweet-pepper strips

    • ¼ cup mayonnaise
    • 1 chopped hard-cooked egg

Combine yogurt with mayonnaise. Stir in egg, 1onion or scallions, parsley, basil, and a splash of Worcestershire. Salt to taste. Serve with cucumber spears, sweet-pepper strips, and carrot and celery sticks.
