Herbed Yukon Gold Potato Latkes
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme leaves
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary leaves
- 1 tablespoon coarse kosher salt
- About ½ cup matzo meal
