Ingredients

• 1 ½ package(s) toffee or Heath chips
• 1 box(es) chocolate cake mix or brownie mix
• 2 package(s) Cool Whip (8 ounce pkg)
• 2 boxes chocolate pudding (6 ounce boxes)

Prepare cake or brownies as directed on the box. Cool completely. Prepare pudding as directed on box and chill. Cut cake into cubes and put a single layer in a trifle or tall glass bowl.
