Hog Maw


  • 1 pig stomach, cleaned and rinsed
  • seasoning to taste
  • 2 pound(s) loose sausage
  • 5 or 6 medium potatoes, diced
  • 2 cup(s) water

Mix sausage and potatoes well. Season to taste. stuff the stomach. Secure ends. Bake 3 hours at 350°, for 4 hours at 300° in a covered roaster with 2 cups of water.
