hoisin glazed asian meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 slice wheat bread - torn into pieces
  • 3 tablespoons milk -
  • 1 ½ tablespoon soy sauce -
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin -
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil -
  • 4 cloves garlic - minced
  • 1 teaspon ginger -
  • + 8 more ingredients
    • 3 scallions - chopped fine, some reserved for garnish
    • 1 egg - lightly beaten
    • 2.5 pound hamburger meat -
    • salt/pepper to taste - (i used 1 teaspoon salt)
    • - hoisin glaze
    • 2 tablespoons hoisin -
    • juice of ½ lime -
    • sesame seeds (optional) -
