  • 1/3cup(s) canola oil
  • 3 tablespoon(s) rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon(s) hoisin sauce (see Notes)
  • 1 tablespoon(s) toasted sesame oil
  • 1 scallion, minced
  • 3 cup(s) mixed greens
  • ¾ cup(s) (3 ounces) cubed baked tofu

    • ½ cup(s) carrot matchsticks or slices
    • ½ cup(s) sliced snap peas
    • 1 tablespoon(s) toasted sesame seeds (see Notes)
