Ingredients

  • 1 (8-ounce) can pineapple chunks, undrained
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 coconut, cracked, peeled, grated, and divided
  • 4 large seedless oranges, peeled and sectioned
  • 2 bananas, sliced

Drain pineapple, reserving juice; set aside juice and chunks. Reserve 1/2 cup grated coconut. Arrange half of orange sections in bottom of a glass 1 1/2- quart serving bowl.
