Holiday Appetizers: Spring Roll Thai Dipping Sauce


  • ¾ c water
  • 1 T cornstarch
  • 1/3 c rice vinegar
  • ¼ c brown sugar
  • 1 T soy sauce
  • 2 t fish sauce
  • 1 T fresh ginger
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • ½ t red pepper flakes

In a small saucepan over medium heat, add the water, rice vinegar, brown sugar, red pepper flakes, soy sauce, and fish sauce. Mince your cloves of garlic, and add them, as well.
