Holiday Apple Crisp


  • 5 tablespoon margarine, chilled and cut into pieces
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup light brown sugar
  • 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup old-fashioned oatmeal
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 (16-ounce) can jellied cranberry sauce
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 2 pound tart cooking apples

Preheat oven to 350F. Peel and core apples and slice thin.  Arrange in a 9-inch square baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray.  Spread cranberry sauce evenly over apples.
