Holiday Apricot Tart


  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) low-fat cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup fresh cranberries
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • 5 Tbsp. sugar, divided
  • 1 cup chocolate wafer crumbs
  • 2 cans (15 oz. each) Del Monte Lite® Apricot Halves

Cooking Directions 1. Combine wafer crumbs, 3 tablespoons sugar and butter. Press evenly on bottom and sides of 9-inch removable bottom tart pan. Bake at 350°F for 6 to 8 minutes; cool.2.
