  • 2 cup(s) sugar
  • 2 cup(s) white corn syrup
  • ¾ cup(s) evaporated milk
  • 2 cup(s) cream
  • ½ teaspoon(s) Salt
  • 6 tablespoon(s) butter

Mix sugar, syrup, cream and salt on med.-high until boiling, stirring constantly (be patient, it takes about 45 minutes). When mixture thickens SLOWLY add milk and butter.
