Holiday Carrots


  • 4 thin orange slices
  • 1 tablespoon(s) honey
  • 1 cup(s) orange juice
  • ¼ teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1 pound(s) baby carrots

Boil carrots in orange juice and salt until soft. Add honey. Cool until thickened slightly. Drain, reserve orange juice for use in gravy. Serve garnished with orange slices.
